Baikal couture

It starts like this.
You step out.
It's a gorgeous day.
Sunny, pleasant and just a nip in the air.
So theoretically dress code could be thermals, warm socks, regular clothes and we're good to go.
Then you think, maybe.. just maybe better to carry a jacket. Just in case.

15 minutes later, it's definitely jacket time. And add a hat, please.
The closer you get to the lake, the lower the temperature drops.

Then it starts to hit.
Layer with another lighter jacket.

The OH, who is watching all this asks, and has a way better tolerance to cold, asks this question everytime we visit someplace cold.

'It's not all that cold. Why are you dressed like you're going to Siberia?'

And this time around, I don't even have to be snarky.

Yes. I am in Siberia.

Impossible as it sounds, it gets colder.

Add earmuffs, gloves and muffler.
Even the tip of the nose starts to freeze.

And the OH calls this 'the unknowns Gunman from Dhurandhar' look
